Avoiding surprises
A congress programme often overruns the planned time because a speaker is long-winded or because an extra element has been added. PINO immediately adapts all facilities in accordance with this delay. We try to avoid surprises wherever possible – for example, by providing information on roadworks or diversions when giving directions.

Individual hospitality
Individual hospitality is especially important in the case of large groups. Water for the speaker, flowers for the special guest, an alternative menu for the vegetarians, wheelchair access, sufficient parking – our job is to satisfy all the visitors to the congress.
